Shipping policy

Free shipping is provided for orders with a subtotal of $75 or more.

Local pick up option is available for the Oshawa location only.

TRACKING / ORDER TURN AROUND TIME

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments to the email on the account. You will receive a notification when the shipping label has been created, and tracking will begin to populate when shipments are picked up from our facility between 2pm & 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed/paid before 2pm EST Monday to Friday are shipped same day. Orders placed/paid after 2pm EST Monday to Friday are shipped the following business day.

*Please note that during promotion/sales we experience high order volumes. This may result in your ordering requiring an additional business day to process.

DELAYED PACKAGES / LOST PACKAGES

Vapours Canada is not responsible for package delays caused by the courier. Courier delivery guarantees are entirely reliant upon the courier, current parcel traffic with the courier, and the parcel service chosen. If your package is delayed by four days or more, please contact customer service at sales@vapourscanada.com. 

Vapours Canada will always provide assistance for lost parcels. If a parcel is delayed by four or more days, or tracking is showing no package movement for a prolonged period of time, Vapours Canada will open an investigation with the courier in question. Once the parcel is deemed lost by the courier, Vapours Canada will provide a full refund or resend at the customers discretion.

AGE VERIFICATION

The sale of vapor products is prohibited to anyone under the age of 19 years old in Ontario. We require age verification to ensure we continue to uphold safe-selling practices. We utilize a secure provider known as PatronScan to complete this process electronically. Learn more about our Online Age Verification Procedure here

Orders that do not complete the age verification process will be sent via Canada Post with a 19+ signature requirement. The package will then be delivered to your nearest Post Office to be picked up. The on-staff Canada Post agent(s) will request identification to confirm you are of legal age. 

Please note: Packages sent with a signature requirement will only be sent via Canada Post. This option is not available for Purolator or UPS.

EXCISE TAXES

By placing an order you agree to pay all applicable vaping excise taxes. These taxes are not included in the retail price and display as separate charges in your cart. They are added automatically by our system when purchasing an applicable product. You will be prompted to accept them at different points of the checkout process.

In the event of a system error resulting in excise taxes are not applying correctly, Vapours Canada Customer Service will contact you for the remaining balance. You will have the option to make payment or cancel your order. Product cannot ship unless all excise taxes are collected.
