Warranty Policy

UPDATED WARRANTY POLICY AS OF APRIL 1, 2026:

Hardware products sold by Vapours Canada (with the exclusion of all clearance items, tanks, atomizers, replacement coils, replacement pods, clearomizers and tips) are subject to a 30-day warranty. If a device faces a malfunction within 30-days of receipt and is deemed upon inspection to be within the warranty policy, Vapours Canada will provide the same device as a replacement at no charge. If the device is no longer available, a device of equal value will be provided. 
Terms in which we cannot warranty a device and provide a replacement are set out by the manufacturer. This includes but is not limited to user damage. Examples of user damage include drop damage, damaged charging ports, liquid damage, etc.

FOR ITEMS PURCHASED BEFORE APRIL 1, 2026:

The previous warranty term of 90-days will be honored for items purchased before April 1, 2026 that are subject to the policy. All other aspects of the warranty policy continue to apply.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items are not subject to the Vapours Canada Warranty Policy. As these items are usually heavily discounted (40-60%) we are unable to provide warranty coverage. All clearance items are final sale. Any clearance items that are unopened and unused will be handled on a case by case basis.

TANKS

All tanks, clearomizers, cartomizers, atomizers, replacement coils and replacement pods are not subject to the Vapours Canada Warranty Policy. These products are considered final sale. Tanks, clearomizers, cartomizers, atomizers, replacement coils and replacement pods that are unopened will be handled on a case by case basis.

CANNABIS VAPORIZERS

All cannabis vaporizers and accessories are not subject to the Vapours Canada Warranty Policy. All cannabis related products are considered final sale. Cannabis vaporizers and accessories that are unopened will be handled on a case by case basis.

DISPOSABLE DEVICES AND CLOSED PRE-FILLED PODS

Disposable devices and closed pre-filled pods are not subject to the Vapours Canada Warranty Policy. However, we acknowledge that disposable devices/closed pre-filled pods are mass produced products that may experience a malfunction. If you experience a malfunction with your device you must notify Vapours Canada within 24-hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement.

HARDWARE PURCHASED ONLINE

Hardware purchased online is subject to all terms of the Vapours Canada Warranty Policy. When experiencing issues or malfunctions with a device purchased through the Vapours Canada online store, you are required to email a photo and/or video along with a description of the problem and your order number. These inquires can be sent to sales@vapourscanada.com. If the device is deemed to be within the warranty policy, Vapours Canada will send a replacement at no charge. A return label will be provided allowing the device in question to be returned.

IN STORE TESTING

In rare scenarios, a device purchased in store may be taken for a 24-hour period for testing to ensure the issue falls within the warranty policy. If a device is taken for testing, Vapours Canada will provide a "loaner device" to be used while tests are being conducted. If the device is found to be within the warranty policy, Vapours Canada will provide a replacement on grounds that the "loaner device" is returned.
