Very pleased with the product and with the company. Customer service is wonderful. As Canada post went on strike the day I placed my order (which was Sept 25/25), I have still not received that order, but to my surprise I received a phone call from Vaporesso offering a very large discount, plus free delivery service with UPS, my chosen carrier. I already have my replacement order,but not the Canada Post order which is still in limbo. Vapresso is definitely worth dealing with!
